HD71239: SEARCH FUNCTION "FIND IN LEFT LIST" DOES NOT WORK ALWAYS

Error description

• Search function "Find in Left List" does not work
  always
  When searching in grids using standard
  command "Find in Left
  List" sometimes strings are not found while they
  are in the grid. List" sometimes strings are not
  found while they are in the
  grid.
  It happend when some view was displayed and
  ordering has changed a
  number of times (by pressing column headers). As
  you can see the text
  were is searched for is in the grid for sure. It does
  not give any
  results
  this problem coudl also be reproduced on smdemo
  R17SP7
  scenario:
  just do a search on smdemo R17 about all CATIA
  Part with description
  begining with C* ( it is just an example to be
  consistent with the
  video attached but could be reproduced with any
  search)
  Now, just do a search text to open the search in
  left list windows
  enter cov for example to search the part Cover
  Now modify the column sort by clicking on the top
  of a column
  sometimes , the search find the part, sometimes
  the search didn t
  find anything.
  It is easy to reproduce as shown in the video
  .

Problem conclusion

• THIS PROBLEM WILL BE FIXED ON SMARTEAM
  VERSION 5 RELEASE 19 GA LEVEL.
  THIS PROBLEM WILL BE ALSO FIXED ON
  SMARTEAM VERSION 5 RELEASE 18 SP5.
