Error description

  • Unable to View Inventor file, just a blank screen
    Scenario:
    Save the attached Inventor file and add to
    smarteam
    Then using the cimmetry viewer try to view the file.
    All that comes up is a blank screen.
    The file can be viewed using E-Drawings viewer for
    Inventor

Problem summary
