Abstract
When loading a program, using Pack for SAP Applications V7.1, to SAP with the option "Load Program with CTS" the following error is seen:
An SAP error occured.
Unable to connect to SAP system.
Error Key: FU_NOT_FOUND
Message ID: FL Type:E Number:046 Z_RFC_DS_SERVICE_CTS

The fix is provided in APAR JR51781, ABAP stage GUI 7.1 incorrectly calls the SAP service function Z_RFC_DS_SERVICE_CTS (should only call Z_RFC_DS_SERVICE_V7_1), which is available on Fix Central.
