NZ user is unable to use mail server via sendMail tool due to insufficient permissions after an upgrade.
Important Reminder: IBM PureData System for Analytics Netezza Platform Software (NPS) V6.0.8 support ends December 31, 2014
The last regularly scheduled quarterly Fixpack for NPS v6.0.8 will be posted to Fix Central on December 31, 2014. While you can still open PMRs for this version and get support, any code changes to address your bug or enhancement will be available only in NPS version 7.0.2 and later. To obtain the updates, you must upgrade your NPS software to the later release. We strongly recommend that you upgrade NPS to the latest patch level available on NPS v7.1. Contact the customer support team by creating a PMR to upgrade your system. Please note that depending on your current RHEL and firmware levels, the NPS upgrade may require the OS and firmware to be upgraded as well.
