  The Arrow is missing, because its attribute is set
  to "HIDDEN". SO in fact, this is the correct
  behaviour. However we tried to reproduce the
  scenario from scratch, but it is not reproducible. So
  it looks to be a problem specific to that particular
  drawing when opened on R16. This may be due to
  the operations carried out on that drawing by the
  drawing creator. It would not be possible to
  analyze this problem further unless the complete
  step-by-step operations carried out on the drawing
  are obtained.
