ISAM Local Management Interface Error 139

Troubleshooting


Problem

When trying to enable Reverse Proxy tracing on the Local Management Interface a dialogue box appeared with System Error 139.

Symptom


Steps to replicate the problem:

Log into the Local Management Interface:

Navigate to:

Secure Web Settings -> Reverse Proxy -> Manage -> Troubleshooting -> Tracing

Cause

No diskspace.

Resolving The Problem

SSH to the appliance and login to the command line interface as admin and follow isam -> logs -> delete and delete_trace. This will remove the logs and traces and create free space. As a result of the free space the Error 139 will not appear and the operation will complete.
