Error description

• Drafting (IntDraft) / Deactivation of Move
  Dimension Leader while changing the Dimension
  Line to Leader One Part.
  .
  Scenario:
  1. Open CATIA.
  2. Reset the CATSettings.
  3. Go to Tools > Options > Mechanical Design >
  Drafting > Manipulators.
  4. Deactivate Modify Blanking.
  5. Activate Insert Text Before & Insert Text after.
  6. Activate Move Value.
  7. Activate Move Dimension Line.
  8. Activate Move Dimension Line Secondary Part.
  9. Close the CATIA.
  10. Again Open CATIA with same CATSettings.
  11. Open CATDrawing without opening Tools >
  Options
  12. Go to Edit > Properties > Dimension line Tab >
  Representation.
  13. Change to Leader By One Part
  .
  Problem: Yellow colour Manipulator for Move
  Dimension Leader is missing form the Dimension
  Line. It can be observed in Tools > Options >
  Mechanical Design > Drafting > Manipulators
  as it is in Deactivated condition.

  Expected result: It should be in Activated condition..

  Problem of initialization of options in case

  set option. The setting file already exists
