    Scenario.
    .
    1. Launch CATIA.
    2. Create a document including a 3D Shape
    Representation Create a simple pad
    3. Create a  Drawing Representation from same
    3. Select the Edit -> Links & Relations command
    from the menu bar.
    => The Edit Links & Relations dialog box is
    displayed. However,
    the red thumb down icon is displayed in the status
    column.

    Expected Result

    The green thumb up icon should be displayed in the
    status column of the Edit Links & Relations dialog
    box.

  • Incident Diagnosis
    Red thumb always displayed in Edit/links and
    relation panel for "Is a view of" relation
    Correct Application
    This is also the case for Impact graph command
    The link which has an "Is a view of" role is the link
    between a generative view and the object it
    represents (product or subset of a product). For
    such a link, the synchronization status is not useful,
    and could be mixed up with the update status of
    the view (the link can be "synchronized" even if the
    view needs to be updated).
    To avoid any confusion, the "Not synchronized"
    symbol is always displayed for an Is a View of
    role.
    Don't take into account this symbol to know if a
    view must be updated, but only take into account
    the update status of the view, as displayed in the
    specification tree
