• PART : ROTATE : PART CANNOT BE ROTATED BY
  MOUSE WHEN GEOMETRY CHANGED ACTIVE FROM
  SPECIFICATION TREE

  SCENARIO:
  1. Open supplied CATPart in GSD workbench
  2. Click to a specification tree's line. The tree is
  activated
  3. Click to 'Sketch' icon.
  4. Click to 'XY plane' in the tree. Workbench is
  changed to 'Sketch'.
  5. Click to 'Exit Workbench'. Workbench is changed
  to 'Generative Shape Design'.
  6. Click 'F3' key in keyboard. The tree is hid and
  the geometry is activated.
  7. Rotate the geometry.
  .
  OBSERVATION:
  The geometry can not rotate by mouse
  .

  VERSION 5 RELEASE 19 GA level.
