Problem
Columns in some tables are cut off in PDF and RTF reports
Cause
The large number of table columns cannot fit on a standard landscape US Letter page.
Resolving The Problem
With PDF and RTF formats, it is possible to select more columns than can fit on a page. To work around this issue, XLS or XML formats can be used instead, as these formats allow for more columns.
Procedure:
- Click the Reports tab.
- Select the report that you want to edit.
- From the Actions list, select Edit.
- Click Next to move through the steps of the Report Wizard, until you reach the formatting steps, as shown in the image below:
- Select XLS or XML as the report format.
- Click Finish.
Note: The XML and XLS formats are available only for reports that use a single chart table format (portrait or landscape).
