Error description

• DMUKIN:KINEMATIC SIMULATION DOESN'T MOVE
  EVEN IF JOINT IS CREATED AGAIN.
  .
  1.Launch CATIA V5R16SP07.
  2.Go to DMU KINEMATICS SIMULATION W/B.
  3.File/Open  "TEST.CATProduct"
  4.Select "Simulation with commands" icon.
  5.Play Forward
  RESULT: Simulation doesn't move
  6.In specification tree,select Rigid joint
  7.Delete Rigid Joint
  8.Select Rigid joint icon.
  9.Create Rigid Joint again.
  10.Select OK
  Information Window Opens : "The mechanism can
  be simulated"
  11.Update Current Positions of Rigid Joints.
  12.Select "Simulation with command" icon
  13.Play Forward
  14. Simulation doesn't move.This is the Problem.
  .
  RESULT: Simulation does not move at both the
  results after step no.3 & step no. 10
