ISOLATED AFTER PART TO PART CONVERSION.

Scenario.
.
1) Open the CATPart. W/B Product Data Filtering
2) Click "Part to Part" icon. "Part to Part" window is
displayed.
3) Check all options in the "Part to Part" window.
4) Click "OK". The part is created.
5) Double click "Layout" in the tree. "2D Layout
window" is displayed.
The dimensions are isolated after "Part to Part"
operation. In this case, the color of dimensions
become to blue with Analysis Display mode.

Expected Result
.
The dimension should not be isolated after "Part to
Part" operation. In this case, dimensions color
should be kept white with Analysis Display mode.
