Assigned cases do not display in QRadar Incident Forensics 7.2.4

Troubleshooting


Problem

Users who have administrator (admin) privileges cannot see the cases that are assigned to them in the Forensics User Permissions window.

Resolving The Problem

In QRadar Incident Forensics v7.2.4, cases are assigned in the Forensic User Permissions window. The default QRadar admin user can see the cases in the Assigned column. The user who has admin privileges cannot see the cases in the Assigned column, but can access the cases.
