SCENARIO:
1. Open empty shell on AIX.
2. Browse to /installation
path/aix_a/code/command directory.
3. Set CATIA environment.
4. Use migration command CATV4ToV5 ?if
path/TEST_AXIS.txt ?od /path. V4 model is
migrated to V5.
5. Open the migrated CATPart in CATIA V5
.
OBSERVATION:
Only 2 axis are migrated instead of 4
.

Problem conclusion


    

  • THIS PROBLEM WILL BE FIXED ON CATIA VERSION
5 RELEASE 19 GA level.
NOTE THAT THIS PROBLEM WILL ALSO BE FIXED
ON V5R18SP02

Incident Diagnosis
Axis systems directly under *MASTER were not
migrated using a V4->V5 migration batch
.
Correction Explanation
These axis are now migrated. As a consequence,
some additional documents may be created
(depending on structuration option), the report is
impacted and the naming soft was changed with
respect to these new migrated Axis. The migrated
axis system may appear alone in one
document for some structurations.
