    ==========*===========*==========
THIS PROBLEM IS PERMANENT RESTRICTION IN
    CATIA
    .
    Incident Diagnosis
When double clicking on the node Electrical
(Restricted) (node displayed for electrical objects
when no electrical product license is granted) there
is no pop up panel displayed to provide missing
    licence
    .
    Restriction Explanation
Without any electrical licence, no dll from electrical
products are granted. You cannot load and use
code if a licenced interface is called and if the
implementation resides in any electrical dll.
In this particular case, CATIEdit (CAA licenced
interface) is used to make a link between the
command to launch and the edited object but as
implementation and object resides in a dll not
granted, the CATIEdit query interface is refused,
meaning that no command can be launched so no
    message can be displayed.
We have tried to put implementation in all electrical
code dll with same result so it is not tecnhically
possible to do so without deep architecture and
packaging modifications, that are not allowed for
any SP and for a HF delivery.
    .
Through the APAR HD65010, an improvment will be
added, which is the modification of the electrical
    node name.
If no electrical licence is granted, electrical node
will be renamed as Electrical - Restriced.
Thanks to this improvment, no warning message
    will be needed.
    .
