    Incident Diagnosis:
    Product cannot be opened. Incident Report window
    is displayed.
    .
    Restriction Explanation:
    The Data is corrupted because it has been saved
    with an old format (CXR14 level). It is corrupted
    during the save operation. Notice that only
    CATProduct is corrupted and all associated CATPart
    can be opened independantly.
    Due to this corruption, feature CONNECTORs have
    lost critical information leading to a corrupted
    binary stream. We cannot do anything to backup
    this file, neither a part of this file, since it has been
    saved with an old technology. As we could not open
    CATProduct document, CATDUA will also not be
    able to clean it.
    Anyways, for file saved on R17 and R18 levels, our
    technology has been improved to avoid this kind of
    Data corruption.
