    ==========*===========*==========
    Incident Diagnosis:
    The gap is created in the boundary because it is on
    the external boundary. There is no gap in the
    internal boundary. There is no hole between the
    Left side Face and the Right one.
    The hole is situated on the external border on the
    Junction Vertex.
    .
    Correct Application:
    There is a gap between both Vertices.
    Its distance is 0.004. In WYSIWYG mode, no edge
    represents this hole between both Edge extremities
