  Incident Diagnosis :
  That problem is independant from licensing :
  Display of the specifications tree is different in
  machining workbenches from in other non-
  machining workbenches.
  One of these differences is that in non-machining
  workbenches , toolpathes are not displayed.
  Here specifically what is happening, is that since
  the machining licences are not available, the
  CATProcess document gets opened in a non-
  machining workbench, hence the display of the
  specifications tree is the display of the non-
  machining workenches, without toolpathes.

  Restriction Explanation
  Independant from licensing. Same type of
  phenomenom exists already, even if machining
  licences are available.
