  Incident Diagnosis
  Warning on non-manifold edge.
  .
  Correct Application
  An edge may be referred to twice by a loop, and
  cannot be forbidden. Hence there is a warning
  message for non-manifold.
  .
  When the pad dimension is set to 81 mm
  simplification of data takes place which removes
  the split faces due to Remove operation. However,
  this does not happen when the dimension is 55 for
  pad. As this is a tangent design case the stability of
  geometry cannot be difficult and the results may be
  undesired
  .
  User is trying to create a boolean operation
  between tangent design. This should be avoided as
  tangent design is instable.
