Input string is not in correct format error when opening a batch in verify using IBM Datacap Taskmaster web

Troubleshooting


Problem

When you try to open a batch in verify in tmweb, you receive the error message "Input string is not in the correct format"

Symptom

Browser displays input string message and pacuerr.log shows an error such as:


Error Caught in Application_Error event
Error in: http://<webserver>/tmweb.net/Task/verifine.aspx
Error Message:Input string was not in a correct format.
