Using FTP to receive data from Commerce Network. All data is received but there are several errors in the communications log which indicate failures.

Symptom

Using FTP to receive data from Commerce Network. All data is received but there are several errors in the communications log which indicate failures. The error is:
550[20]***[20][20]ERROR[20][20]***[20]TRANSMIT[20]FAILED.[20]NO[20]BATCHES[20]FO
R[20]TRANSMISSION.[0D][0A]
