• PRINT : CAPTURE IMAGE : CAPTURED IMAGE IS
  NOT CORRECT.

  Scenario
  1. Set your Windows Display Properties to the very
  high Screen
  resolution (1600 by 1200)
  2. Start V5R17 SP3 (Full screen)
  3. Open CATProduct
  4. Make sure that the geometry fills the entire
  CATIA window
  5. Select Tools/Image/Capture
  6. Select Options icon in Capture window
  7. Select Capture only geometry and Grayscale
  8. Select the Pixel tab and then the options White
  Background , Anti-aliasing and the Customized for
  the
  Rendering quality.
  9. Select the More command next to Customized
  10. Change Height to 120 in the Image Size
  window.
  11. Select OK in Image Size window and Capture
  Options
  window
  12. Select the Capture icon
  13. A Capture Warning is returned Cannot capture
  image with
  memory allocation : temporary files used instead
  14. Select OK to accept temporary files used:
  Image capture
  will be completed without any error. The Image
  Capture
  window should be displayed.
  15. Select the Save As icon in Capture Preview
  window
  16. Save the picture as a TIFF or JPEG
  OBSERVATION:
  The picture is truncated. The right section of the
  picture appears on the left.

  EXPECTED RESULT:
  The Picture should not be truncated.
