  EXPLAINATION:

  The posibility of Paste As result / As result
  with link has never been proposed on an
  isolated solid like a Pad.The infrastructure
  is designed to handle the Bodies and not
  isolated solids.Hence it is only possible to
  copy a Body( like Part Body) and paste
  as result.
  Consider a body containing several
  features. There is no specification to decide
  the result if one tries to copy and paste an
  intermediate feature of a body.
  Whether to copy just that particular feature
  or all the previous features including this
  feature remains the issue.
  Further, dressup features like fillet ,
  chamfer, etc need a solid to act on. Hence
  result of copy paste of fillet would also
  need a solid to be pasted in the
  new body where fillet is pasted.
  Also, what will happen if we insert another
  feature before the feature was copied?Then
  the geometry of the copied feature might
  change and in this case,how this will affect
  the resultant pasted feature cannot be
  determined.

  We have analysed the possibility of having
  Paste As result / With Link and we reached
  the conclusion that there might be many
  such contradictory situations where such
  possibility will cause the problem and the
  impact might be very huge resulting into
  unpredectable behaviour of the
  resultant geometry.
