Interface link status shows ok with no cable attached. This occurs on 9003 eth0/eth4 interfaces. Does not occur on 3.8
Local fix
Check routing table to verify interface connectivity.
Problem summary
The status will now correctly reflect if the cable has been pulled.
Problem conclusion
The fix will be in 3.7.1.12, 3.7.2.8, 3.7.3.7. 3.8.0.0 does not have this defect.
