Troubleshooting
Problem
Can not associate an entry template to a folder in Workplace XT.
Symptom
Check the p8_server_error.log, the the following exception occurs: (The ID and file name might be different)

com.filenet.api.exception.EngineRuntimeException: FNRCC0120E: CONTENT_FXCA_OPERATION_FAILED_CONTENT_IS_MIGRATING: Operation [retrieve[null referral]] cannot be performed while content is being migrated to Fixed Content Device.
