  was released but the issue was not fully fixed.

• Install the latest C++ Redistributable package from here:

  The problem occurs because the MFCLOC merge module was
  missing from the installer package.
  

Problem conclusion

• The package has been updated to include the MFCLOC merge
  module. As a result, the SideBySide errors no longer occur.
