IC57785: PROBLEM WITH HOD TAB SESSIONS NOT GETTING FOCUS

Error description

• I have a customer who is complaining because they are using the
  HOD tabbed sessions on their webpage and they are not happy with
  how HOD handles the focus when switching tabs.  The basic
  complaint is that the focus is not going to the PS when they
  switch tabs and instead the focus is only going to the menu bar.
  Their complaint is valid since the focus will go to the PS when
  the tab first starts and they want to know why it doesn't do the
  same when switching between tabs.  Also, if you select something
  on the View menu the focus will then shift to the PS
  automatically.  The issue does not appear to be a Java problem
  since the focus can obviously be set to the PS and is done so in
  several other places.
  
  The customer uses JavaScript and the Session Manager API to
  create a web app that they control using scripts.  The problem
  they are complaining about is that when they popup the session
  tab for the user to type into the keystrokes don't go to the PS.
  
  I have tried Java 1.4, 1.5 and 1.6 as well as Java 1 and the
  focus does not go to the PS in any of them.

  When the tab is changed with a mouse click, focus is gained by
  the Image Button instead of the emulator screen which results
  in this behaviour.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code was modified to transfer focus to the emulator screen.
