Problem
A "db2adutl query" command fails with multiple Tivoli Storage Manager return codes.
Symptom
The command returns:
$ db2adutl query
Query for database SAMPLE
Retrieving
Error Get next image failed with TSM return code 122
FULL DATABASE BACKUP information.

Retrieving

Cause
Tivoli Storage Manager client was downgraded.
Environment
Unix DB2 client
Diagnosing The Problem
If Tivoli Storage Manager client was recently downgraded, this is the reason for the problem.
Resolving The Problem
Upgrade the client to the same or later level than before the downgrade.
