  Description of problem:
  The Weekly Log Scrubbing job tries to remove MVFS log files that
  are in use
  Completion Message:
  Error: Could not unlink 20050425.log: Permission denied
  
  Step to reproduce:
  Do not reboot a machine for 8 days and run the Weekly Log
  Scrubbing job.
  
  The script can also be executed manually:
  C:\ClearCase_Storage\ralfs-data\scheduletasks>ccperl
  mvfs_log_scrubber.pl -d
  7 days ago is (in logdir format) : 20050503
  The logdir registry value is: C:\mvfslogs
  FREE disk space = 27575961600
  Error: Could not unlink 20050425.log: Permission denied
  

Local fix

• Reboot the computer once every 7 days or edit the
  mvfs_log_scrubber.pl script.
  Set the DAYS variable to a value that is higher than the average
  up time in days of the computer.
  
  e.g.
  ...
  #
  # remove all log file over $DAYS old and then ...
  #
  $DAYS=180 ;
  ...
