• Scenario:
  1) Create a part TEST9004
  2) Associate sample feature to the part TEST9004 in
  repository DBLFAIX.BIN PATH /tmp
  3) Select file
  4) Erase the introduce file in /tmp
  5) You have now this structure
  6) Do versioning -> New Version with Different Part Num on
  the part TEST9004
  The message is OK
  7) Create a new part TEST9005
  8) Associate V5 representation to the part TEST9005 in
  repository DBLFAIX.BIN PATH /tmp
  9) Erase the introduce file in /tmp
  10) Do versioning -> New Version with Different Part Num on
  the part TEST9005
  The message is not OK, the message should be similar to
  versioning with a feature where the file doesn???t exit anymore
