Problem conclusion

  • THIS PROBLEM IS PERMANENT RESTRICTION IN CATIA V5.
    Additional Closure Information:
    Incident Diagnosis:
"Tool Path Editor" Toolbar is not correctly displayed.
    Restriction Explanation:
This toolbar is the one, that is displayed when clicking the
"Area Modification" button during tool path edition.
The commands contained in this toolbar can be executed only
when a tool path is being edited and hence should not be
    displayed "as is".
The toolbar used to be displayed with all the buttons
disabled in R18SP2 and releases prior to it. However, CAA
users can add commands in it and there were instances of core
dumps because CAA commands were not disabled.
Due to this in R18SP3 the current behavior was provided.
This behavior is similar to that of the "Face Selection"
    toolbar and "Edge Selection" toolbar.
