  1.  Start CATIA V5.
  2.  Workbench ??? Generative shape design.
  3.  Create one sketch for example rectangle on XY plane.
  4.  Go to surface toolbar. Choose fill option and select sketch.
  5.  Go to wireframe toolbar. Choose intersection option. Fill th
  e data as,
       First element ??? fill
       Second element ??? YZ plane. Say ok.
  6. Go to surface toolbar. Select offset option. Fill the data as
  ,
      Surface - fill
      Offset - 50mm. say ok.
  7. Go to wireframe toolbar. Select line command and fill the dat
  a as,
      Line type ??? point ???point
      Point 1: Create point >on plane at X=10, Y=70.
      Point 2: Create point >on plane at X=-10, Y=-70.
      Start = 0mm.
      Start = 0mm. say ok.
  8. Go to wireframe toolbar. Select projection command and fill t
  he data as,
      Projection type ??? along a direction.
      Projected - intersect
      Support ??? offset
      Direction ??? line. Say ok.
