Error description

• Scenario:
  1) Open the Product
  2) Select the First Hole
  3) Select Insert/Assembly Features\Hole
  4) Add Selected parts to the affected part list
  5) Select OK
  6) Select update all
  Result:
  The Hole is not created or error message appear
  Warning: the operation performed on the feature is unecessary
  Expected Result:
  No error message in V5R20 SP7 same result in V5R19 SP09

  Additional Closure Information:
  Incident Diagnosis:
  When the direction of hole is changing there is an error and
  no hole is created
  Technical Reason:
  It is now the expected behaviour.
  Can not be done in R19 because of update regressions
