HE07252: INITIAL DESIGN AXIS SYSTEM CREATION IS INCORRECT

Error description

• Scenario:
  1. Open CATIA
  2. Go to tools>options>infrastructure>part infrastructure >
  part document tab and check create an axis
      system and create a geometrical set.
  3. Open a new CATPart. Observe that the axis system is under
  the axis system node (OK)
  4. Click on the Axis system icon in the Tools toolbar.
  5. in the dialog box, uncheck ?under the axis system node?.
  Observe that the axis system is now created
      under the current body (GS / Partbody)
  6. Close the CATPart without saving.
  7. Open a new CATPart and observe the new axis system.
  Problem:
  The new axis system is created under the geometrical set.
  Expected Result:
  In a new part, the new axis system should be created under
  the axis system node.
