  Error Message about missing ENODC5... files in CATIA
  Installation
  SCENARIO-1:
  1. Restart CATIA
  2. Tools - Customize - Close
  3. File - open => Error Messagebox
  SCENARIO-2:
  1. Restart CATIA
  2. File - new Product
  3. File - open => Error Messagebox appearrs!
  RESULT:
  There is new error Message in the CNEXT console output
  "Cannot open library ENODC5Commands.dll" each time an user
  uses File/Open functionality. There are also interactive
  Error Messages about missing library files beginning with
  "ENODC5..."
  EXPECTED RESULT:
  CATIA should work correctly without any error.
