• Scenario :
  1. Start CATIA V5
  2. Open Drafting Workbench.
  3. Insert -> Object
  4. Select any Adobe Acrobat/PDF File
  5. Import the PDF.
  Result:
  Quality of the imported pdf is lost.
  Expected Result:
  No loss in quality should be seen.

  Poor quality when importing PDF's into Drafting WB.
  CLOSURE DESCRIPTION:
  The linked or embedded document appears as an image (or, if
  you specify otherwise, as an icon). So, it doesn?t present
  the same quality as when it opened in ADOBE application.
  The object being inserted is not intended to provide a high
  quality picture.
  The provided picture is just an OLE preview. And same quality
  cannot be imported to the drawing sheet.
  This functionality is not provided by ?OLE? insertion of pdf
  files.
