Error description

• Scenario:
  1. Open COMPOSITES CATPart
  2. Select "Creates a limit contour for a plys icon"
  3. Select Ply
  4. Select the curve. for contour
  ERROR: The blue arrow indicating on which side we will
  generate the staggering is normal to the surface instead of
  being tangent
  .
  Expected behavior: the arrow should be tangent to the Ply,
  not normal.
