Error description
1. Open the CATProcess in Advanced Machining workbench. 2. Expand the Process. 3. RightMouseButton on Pencil.1 and Replay Tool Path **Problem - As memory consumption increases, eventually an error occurs: Manufacturing Error - Allocation failed (196616 bytes). An allocation of 196616 bytes failed. Close the open documents that are useless, save your work, restart a new session. R20 SP1 is able to complete the computation without drastic memory consumption.

Problem conclusion
THIS PROBLEM IS PERMANENT RESTRICTION IN DELMIA. Additional Closure Information: A fix has been delivered in R20SP4 to increase the accuracy of the machining and to have a better control of the machining tolerance. This leads to increase the size of the memory used to compute the toolpath and can lead to allocation failure on win32 OS. By-Pass: Two possible workarounds exist : 1. Reducing the machining tolerance in the Rework area definition (from 0.01mm to 0.02mm) allows to get as accurate results as in R20SP1 without any allocation failure on win32 OS. 2. Keep machining tolerance 0.01mm in the Rework area definition but use win64 OS. It's not possible to come back to R20SP1 behaviour because this would lead to a regression in toolpath accuracy.
