    Additional Closure Information:
    .
    Technical explanation of the defect:
The undo history of Swap visible space cannot be flushed by
the Flush or Flush All. This problem came from shared
commands (like Swap Visible Space command) executed during
the default Select command life cycle. The way the Select
command was committed once interrupted by another exclusive
command was wrong and the shared commands stayed in the Undo
stack which is not the correct behavior , moreover it is in
    a non-purge-able state.
    .
    Technical explanation of the correction:
The correction has been done so that the undo history of Swap
visible space can be flushed by the Flush or Flush All.
Note that since the Swap Visible Space commands do not
interrupt the Select command, they are considered as being
local actions during the Select command and then they are
merged in one whole "Selection" undo step when the Select
    command is interrupted.
    .
    Possible by-pass and/or correction limitation:
    none
