  appears showing some specific CATFcts are not found.
  This diagram file has no link OR relation with these CATFcts.
  EXPECTED RESULT:
  The Diagram file should be opened without message.

Problem conclusion

• THIS PROBLEM WILL BE FIXED ON CATIA VERSION V5R21 GA level.
  NOTE THAT THIS PROBLEM WILL ALSO BE FIXED ON V5R20 SP6.

  Technical explanation of the defect:
  Due to infrastructure change, Broken links or probable ghost
  links are now reported for
  documents that may not be necessary to open particular
  document.
  Technical explanation of the correction:
  User should be able to specify the fcts those are not
  necessary/ are obsolete, Application
  can then get this information and won't report them as a
  broken links.
  User can define the text file containing list of obsolete
  fcts , he has in his environment.
  This text file will be integrated with CATIA through the
  following Project Resource Management (PRM) Resource.
  Resource Name="ObsoleteFcts" Description="List of obsolete
  fct files"
  All the files listed in the text file will not be reported as
  missing links during operation
  such as "file open"
  NOTE: - PRM must be activated first, if it is not active OR
  current then fix cannot be invoked.
  Bypass: Yes, create dummy CATFct  files with same name (which
  are missing) in the directory pointed by CATGraphicPath of
  your CATIA environment.
