  1. Launch CATIA V5
  2. Open the attached file CATDrawing
  3. Save As this file in svg format
  => PROBLEM: Xlink namespace has been incorrectly declared in
  the svg produced by CATIA. Hence, it is not possible to add
  the svg to vector image 2D in 3DVIA Composer .
  => EXPECTED RESULT: The svg should be correctly produced by
  CATIA (to be able to open the svg file in 3DVIA Composer)
