Error description

• SCENARIO:
  1) Start CATIA.
  2) Open the file CATAnalysis file.
  (Workbench : "Generative Structural Analysis". )
  3) Click Translational displacement magnitude in the
  tree, and Select "Activate/Deactivate" from context menu.
  The "Warning" window is displayed. The Solution needs to be
  updated.
  This operation may take some time ! Continue ?
  4) Click "OK" in the "Warning" Window.
  >> Computation is executed.
  5) Expand the tree.
  6) Double click any part in the tree.
  Workbench is changed into "Part Design".
  7) Deactivate any featue linked with the connection property.
  8) Double click Links Manager in the tree.
  9) Click Translational displacement magnitude in the
  tree, and Select "Activate/Deactivate" from context menu.
  10) Click "OK" in the "Warning" Window.
  Computation is executed.
  Problem:
  The error message is not displayed even if it loses the
  element which the "General Analysis Connection" set.
  Expected Result:
  The error message should be displayed in the case which lost
  the element which the "General Analysis Connection" set.
  And execution of computation should be stopped.

Problem conclusion

• THIS PROBLEM WILL BE FIXED ON CATIA  VERSION V5R21 GA level.
  NOTE THAT THIS PROBLEM WILL ALSO BE FIXED ON V5R20 SP5.

  Incident Diagnosis:
  The error message is not displayed even if it loses the
  element which the "General Analysis Connection" set.
  Technical explanation of the defect:
  Error message was not raised when no
  elements/nodes were not associated to the first
  support only. The second support overloaded the
  first failing return code and didn't raise the
  first error.
  Technical explanation of the correction:
  The algorithm has been improved to break the
  supports loop and raise an error on any support.
  Possible by-pass and/or correction limitation:
  No by-pass/limitation with the correction. Just re
  mesh the connection mesh part.
  Code is corrected and problem will not be reproduced on
  V5R20SP05 and V5R21GA
