  1.  Start CATIA V5.
  2.  Click on sketcher icon,
       Sketcher environment is opened.
  3.  Create any conic feature or spline; create say parabola.
  4.  Apply fix constraint to created parabola.
  5.  Click on offset and select parabola and drag it to offset.
       Offseted geometry doesn???t see constrained ??? This is
  problem.
