APAR IV47168 does not take effect as file aixDataProvider.pl is missing from the Interim Fix package

Problem

PMR 20850,69A,760 highligthed a problem with the Interim Fix 6.3.0.2-TIV-ITM_UNIX-IF0001 The problem applies only to the AIX platforms and results in an error message in the log file that should be filtered. No other problems are reported. The presence of this error message does not impact the normal OS Agent operations. Due to the cumulative nature of the Interim Fix, also 6.3.0.2-TIV-ITM_UNIX-IF0002, 6.3.0.2-TIV-ITM_UNIX-IF0003 and 6.3.0.2-TIV-ITM_UNIX-IF0004 have the same limitation.

Symptom

When the Unix OS Agent on AIX systems collects metrics for "AIX Devices" and "Network" Attribute Groups, the agent uses the command entstat.
This command can print an output error like:
entstat: 0909-003 Unable to connect to device xxxx, errno = 19
for the devices in the system that don't respond.
The fix was to to redirect this error to null device so that the log file doesn't show this error anymore.
