HE01433: Workbench Drafting abends with CLICK OK TO TERMINATE if CATReffi lesPath is very long

Error description

• SCENARIO
  1.Create a very long path for Reffiles and paste that folder in
  C > Documents and Settings > Temp
  2. Go to CATIA's Environment Editor and edit the CATReffilesPath
   and assign the address of the above created folder.
  3.Start CATIA V5
  4.Create a new Drawing in Drafting workbench.
  5.CATIA V5 Abends with error message "Click OK to terminate"
  .
  Result:
  CATIA V5 Abends with error message "Click OK to terminate"
  .
  Expected Result:
  CATIA V5 Should not abend and create a new drawing
  SCENARIO:
  CATIA's Environment Editor allows the CATReffilesPath to be edit
  ed to a very long value (e.g. 1865 characters).
  1.Open TEST_CATIA.txt file provided by customer.
  2.Copy the DC5 folder and paste it to  C > Documents and Setting
  s > Temp.
  3.Copy the path in Reffiles.
  4.Open the CATenv file and at your end and paste the path.
  5.Start CATIA V5
  6.Create a new Drawing in Drafting workbench.
  7.CATIA V5 Abends with error message "Click OK to terminate"
  .
  Result:
  CATIA V5 Abends with error message "Click OK to terminate"
  .
  Expected Result:
  CATIA V5 Should not abend and create a new drawing
