  Incident Diagnosis:
  The display in spec tree can be visualization mode even if
  switch to visu mode is prohibited.
  Restriction Explanation:
  There are three windows present Drawing , Product and Desk.
  When From Product window user tries to
  Switch Part from Design mode to Visu mode, Part gets
  unloaded, Desk Window tries to update
  its graph, and during resolving the links Part gets loaded
  again. In Desk window we can see
  that Part is loaded again(white colour).
  But in Spec tree of Part in Product window it is still seen
  in Visu mode. It is a restriction and the behavior cannot be
  changed  to make it  possible to show Part in Design mode in
  this case.
  By-Pass:
  To avoid this problem user can make the setting "Load
  refrence documents" OFF
  or can close the Desk window if not wanted.
