HE00576: DRAFTING - THE STATE OF EXPOSE AND EXPLODE BUTTON IN ADMIN SETTI NGS ARE NOT PROPAGATED TO USER SETTINGS

Error description

• Scenario :
  1- Start CATIA in administration mode
  2- Create a new drawing
  3- Add a new "detail sheet", View is created automatically
  4- Create a sample geometry (a line for example in the view)
  5- Activate the Sheet.1
  6- Import the 2D component from the detail sheet, using
  'Instantiate 2D Component' icon
  The toolbar "tools palette" appears
  7- Check the option "Explode"
  The 2D component inserted in the drawing has not any links
  with the components of the "detail sheet"
  8- Now close CATIA
  9- Reopen CATIA and do the same operations with
  administration mode
  The option "Explode" is still checked without to do this
  manually again.
  10- Close Catia, re-open it with user mode (the user settings
  haven't to exist before)

  The option "Explode" is not checked automatically in User

  Additional Closure Information:
  Incident Diagnosis:
  The state of the various switches available in Instantiate 2D
  Component command is not inherited between Administration
  mode and User mode.
  Switches' states are stored in Preference files. This allows
  a specific user (whether it's an Administrator or a classic
  User) to retrieve the same state for such switches from one
  usage of the command to the other. Such user preferences are
  not inherited from Administrators to Users, unlike the
  administrated options which are available in Tools / Options.
  By-Pass:
  It is currently not possible for an administrator to
  predefine users' preferences by some inheritance from its own
  ones.
  Development Request Justification:
  This is an enhancement request which have to be submitted to
  V5 Infrastructure, and which would impact all user
  preferences.
  Please note that inheriting a preference from an
  administrator is different from administrating an option
  value from Tools / Options. Inheritance allows to define
  default value for the very first usage of V5 by users, while
  Tools / Options allows
  to enforce a permanent value for an option, and even to lock
  it.
