Error description

  • Scenario:
    1. Launch CATIA, connect to Smarteam with the customer's
    database.
    2. Select File -->> New -->> CATIA Part >> OK
    3. Select SmarTeam -->> Save in Catia.
    4.  Select the project "bill" in the Project Manager, click
    on Save.
    5. Click Ok on the shown profile card.
    Result ==> The error message "Access violation at adress
    011322C3 in module 'MnTdm32.dll'. Read of adress 00000000."
    appears.
    Expected Result ==> No error message should appear.

Problem conclusion

  • THE PROBLEM HAS BEEN FOUND TO BE ANOTHER SYMPTOM OF THE
    PROBLEM REPORTED IN  APAR HD98975 OR THE ANSWER MADE FOR THIS
    DUPLICATE APAR APPLIES ALSO TO THE CURRENT PROBLEM.
    Additional Closure Information:
    This issue has been fixed as a Programming Error on Smarteam
    level V5 R20 SP4
