Slow document retrieval when using an IDM tool in Windows 7 with IPv6 enabled.

Troubleshooting


Problem

When using IDM tools to retrieve documents from IBM FileNet Image Services (IS), it may take a long time for the document to be displayed.

Symptom

The following error may appear in the IS elog:
