HD98483: ERROR WHILE RE-LOADING THE SAME CATIA ASSEMBLY FROM 3DCOML TO CV 5.

Error description

• ABSTRACT:
  Error while re-loading the same Catia assembly from 3dcoml to
  CV5.
  .
  SCENARIO:
  1) Launch 3DCOM and CATIA and connect to VPM.
  2) Search for any CV5 assembly with constraints.
  3) Open the PSN and right click > CATIA_V5 > LOAD > Open in a
  new CATIA V5 Product
  -> The assembly will be loaded into CV5 in a new session with
  constraints.
  4) Go back to PSN and once again load the assembly to CATIA.
  .
  RESULT:
  The second time loaded assembly loads into CV5 but error box
  displaying "<CATReporterError -1 >".
